I think the fact you can't have stickers on your gogs is silly. I don't have any personally but I think it just over legislating.... And to be honest it doesn't make much of a difference for a ref. I like the fact people get creative with their equipment. It adds to the modern, extreme sport vibe of paintballing. And if ever paintballing gets onto the tv it will make the sport more appealing to some people.

In my opinion its better that it looks like a team out on the field, with same uniforms, and not like a whole bunch of "christmas trees" and i also beleive that spectactors outside the inner circle will have a more professional view on the teams if they look "like a team"
And your sponsors will probably appreciate if you look professional.
Totally agree with that. For people just walking past it would be so much easier for them to see what's going on and "get it" if teams actually looks like teams...

I dont understand the whole sticker thing either...covering your stuff in stickers looks nice n tacky anyways :D

STICKERS RULE !!!

Especially when you have a master at them playing for your team .......... :D Thanks Browny

Anyway to the point, I don’t see why there's any problem with stickers on your goggles. As long as its small and not in a silly colour i.e. orange.

I like to have my name on mine, one either side the nosepiece. This allows you to have that bit of identity about your kit so that you don’t go picking up or taking home your team mates kit. The same could go with guns, hoppers etc.

Peace

Ok, that seems reasonable enough...i've seen a few people with that and it almost looks decent :p ...but any other seem pointless and will just cause problems...as a few teams found out this wkend.

FASHION is another thing with stickers trying to set off trends and stuff that can attract attention, like for example the JT goggle straps, there are so many of them old school and new school some are rare as rocking horse sh*t but when you do get a hold of something rare it looks cool and can be worth more than its retail price in the first place like a collectors item

Since the rule of one sticker each side of the loader its natural to add stickers to goggles, barrels, pots etc.

Many teams have numerous sponsors and can only advertise 2 of them as 1 per side of the loader. Now how do you represent your sponsors who generously give us stickers to advertise there company/ products???

Its ludicrous to sugest that a sticker will help bouncers and removing stickers to get rid of shots....... you could wipe it quicker than the 20mins to remove the sticker manually so why would you bother?

Yeah some stickers may look like hits but if your wearing RED stickers when your not allowed RED paint then they cant really do much regarding it looking like a hit as i found in Marseille.

Stickers are a personally piece of kit that each individual should be allowed to wear if they want too so they can promote their sponsors or create a personal style.

If a marshall cant tell the diffifence between a hit and a sticker now-a-days when there standing right next to you then what hope have we got??

Speak to Ulrich, he will surely explain it to you. But you can receive deductions for certain things.
I am just wondering why and for what particular things there were "deductions". You can see in this forum and i also heard in marseille some very controvercial views on marshalling from "better than last year" to "very bad".

if last year noone cared about the unsigned protocol and any players' appeals, do those reduced points mean that player's voice can be heard now?
