how many people have access to a ballistic chrony though mario?

you ever used the big red chrony's to tell you what you get? dont know how accurate they are obviously not as good as a ballistic one

the big red ones dont measure for a whole second, they'll show the highest bps worked out from the smallest gap between shots.

which is another point, will this rule be measured on real bps (shots in a whole second) or the highest spike (shortest time between shots) as anybody can shoot 20+bps the second way!!!

i know a ballistic chrono can do both see.

out of interest why 15? although i know nxl is 15 players have said they would prefer something like 17-18

would having something like 17 stop alot of people getting themselves eliminate without trying to as people can normally hit 15 but 17 probably narrows down the percentage,

Great to see the negotiations with the Home office - it's about time we sorted out the grey area

I think Andy has a valid point about numer of shots that the limit is capped at- 18 BPS is out of human capabilities so needs assistance thereby you're not penalising players who have the skill of walking the trigger fast.

Am in no way poo poo ing the idea and i applaud your efforts

The number of shots a second being set at 15 is because quite simply in a few years I suspect this will be a standard mode in any marker and 15 is safer than 18.
And I watched some of the NXL at the world cup and 15 balls per second is fast enough for anyone.

The system at our disposal can work out your rate of fire in only four balls if that is what we set it at
But we will not be looking for how fast you can fire 3,4,or 5 balls but in a string. - even I can fire 22 bps according to my mates angel.

Can they detect software modes that can accumulate to 15 and jump accumulate 15-22, with certain code inputs (multi-moded board)? What are the penalties for being caught with over 15 modes active?

I think it's cool- and a bold step from the PA. Good luck in sorting stuff out with the home office- muchos respectos.

In conjunction with this Russ are you going to be introducing a rule on paint quality to coincide. I know this was also discussed a few months back. As many have said, including me, I don't mind being drilled with 20 balls or so as long as there not marbles with this introduction it will be far easier to 'overshoot' players. If this is the case should the penaltys not be really lapsed about bonus balling in favour of quality paint that breaks?

ok, maybe something needs to b done about cheats, but THIS?

at the moment seems like most people in the PA are playing without modes, so how is making everyone ( coz almost everyone will get modes coz they can and coz other are ) will now be shooting twice as fast in most cases, how the hell is that making the game safer?

and let me get this straight, you're now going to penalise guys who can shoot fast WITHOUT modes WTF!!

also, how are people without modes ( as most ROF counters on guns will differ from your tests ) meant to be able to set up their guns for the tourney? its not like we all have these ballistic thingies at home now is it.

Alot of guns without these CHEATS dont have a ROF cap either, unless you want to turn the eye off ect which sucks, what are we supposed to do about that?


Whats next, call to legalise drink driving coz lots of people do it? but limit it to 10 pints.
