2005 Millennium Series

Ok, thanks for the questions. Lets see about some answers.

Jay - The intention was to have this running this season and we are already working with a couple of events to test the system out but I expect we will have it fully running in 2006.

Mark - I will look into it. I know the food outlets are normally expected to be serving by 8.30am once the judges have breakfasted (they have the same problem as the players but with a longer day!). I will certainly bring this up at the next board meeting.

Glen - You can't handle the beer they have now, what would you do with more (plus, wheres my cheque?)

JC - I finished the last section of the rulebook this morning and it is just being formatted correctly before release. I know its been badly delayed but we need to get this right first time.

Thanks all

2 Questions:

- It said in the Millennium rules that the players were going to have to cover their guns outside of the player area. Am I going to need something to wrap my gun in so I can get from the player area to the fields in Bitburg (Towel ok?)?

- Will you be opening a field on Sunday so that the players that don't make the Sunday club can play some streetball?

Thanks for your time.

Just sticking my nose in here;

I think you will find that the players area will allow access to the feilds without going into the public areas, this eliminates the need to cover it when carrying it from staging to field.

You will need to bag the gun on the way to and from the players area before and after the days play.

Fred1 - I am looking at the Germany layout now but Mark is right, you will need to have your gun covered when you leave the players' area anyway.

Also, yes - the good news is that the 'spare' field will be available for teams on Sunday once the tournamnet has reduced to 4 fields. Time for some Malaga-style Street Paintball (put the Pain back into Paintball!!)

great Job ANdy, i'm sure Street Pain(t)ball tm will be a big hit!

In fact it might be so popular that some teams may even drop games just so they don't make the sunday club!
