Granted, my pricing was off! But I still stand by my opinion. An old high end is better value to me, as not everyone sees the value or need in owning a new item. It's always important for paintball as a sport to encourage consumerism to make sure the cycle of cash and development of new markers...

Just adding onto this and the expense. I just got back into it, and bought a Dye NT11 for £130, a 10 year old high end! I also played supair at Mayhem Romford for £50, green fee and 2000 paintballs! An emek is 2.5x the price of my marker! Spend a little time understanding the second hand...

The above is a helpful video. Typically, yellow/gold lenses help to improve contrast and make things pop against green terrain and in overcast. Mirror lenses for sunny days. Some new companies are creating mirror lenses with a gold tint to give a best of both worlds!

Depending on your price range, you can get an Empire Axe for £80, a hopper for £30, and a bottle for 50-80 depending on what's out there second hand!

Agreed with a 4500 bottle. Speaking of NT, I stopped playing in 2011, and I've just started back with an NT of my own! Still a really light gun, so long as it's up and running, you'll do fine with it :)

Geo 2.1 is around 130-170 depending on condition and colour. You can get a geo 3.1 for 180, and a 3.5 for 225 approx.

Dm14 is around 200 - 250 at the moment depending on colour. Their flagship is the me and now me, I think a second hand me is 550? There are a lot of people still using geo 3.5, the cs1 and 2 are common. Luxe and shockers are also common but high end.
