Extremely interested, but with macdev offering them brand new for 480 with Jak Hungerford/dealer, could I offer 290 and go from there?

I'm open to sensible offers, but that's too low.

Sure a brand new one can be picked up at a very reasonable price from Jak (who's an awesome guy), and it'll probably be the infinity as well. But it won't have the full barrel kit, spares, etc... that this does.
