If you're willing to emulate, I've been playing a PS2 emulator on my pc with Greg Hastings Maxd
I had a quick look and it looks pretty close to what I remember playing.

Sadly all I see are dodgey mods which don't look any good. My only recommendation is play cod with your paintball mates. Our team do that and its great fun and great for a chat.
nah i hated every painball game - it just doesn't translate I think.
The only great thing was the map maker on greag hastings that let you practice your local maps while at home - defo helpful
