Redbull had a look - and ran in the opposite direction.

Anyway, what's up with a team sponsored by Matalan ;)?

Carn't find anything on the Nike site, about them being getting into paintball.

On the sponsorship/redbull note what about Monster energy drinks? they seem to cover a lot of the motor X, skating etc style events?

OK - before we all get carried away - why do you think paintball just isn't a viable option for any 'big' sponsor?

The answer is quite simple - there is no audience for it. Without an audience, the bigger companies have no one to advertise to. It's all about the exposure - and UK paintball has none.

Oh well - move along...nothing to see here ;).

Monster offer the LOOP'd network or whatever its called to sponsor paintball, basically you register and offer up your team etc and someone offers you some form of sponsorship if you are any good.

I tried them already as i consume vast amounts of Monster Ripper lol :D

In my opinion Paintball is not a well know sport because you simply cant see the ball...
you can see the ball in every other sport (if anyone knows a sport that you cant see the ball in let me know;))

Around 50% of Nike's TOTAL cost is advertising. Now if you think about that for a second, in terms of how big the organisation is and how many products/units of those products they ship, it tells you something about how low cost their production is.
Yep, and it proves the majority of the gear they sell is sh*t. Ask any physio about the difference between Nike running shoes and Asics. Still at least Matski proves (once again), he's top of the class.

Oh, and Nike do make Gold Golf Clubs. The color that is, I have a Sasquitch Driver.

:D:D:D HAHAHAHAHA

What has seeing the ball got to do with anything, i think you`d go seriously dizzy trying to watch every ball on the field!

i would say its more because its not that exciting from a spectators POV.
you can only see half the players (the rest are hiding! fancy that!)

i feel coaching kills the excitement too.
