Is £4 in every £100 really worth the hassle, or the risk? Not to mention the time you'll spend trying to get it sorted.
Am I correct in assuming that it is the seller that pays the 4%?
Thus it is either them being a) too tight to soak up 4p per £, b) they are too stupid to add 4% to their selling price, or c) they are actually trying to stiff you (or are not confident in their product/item).
Of course, its been a while, and I'll probably be informed that i've got it the wrong way around, although i've payed direct into people's bank accounts before, because I'm that trusting (read stupid).
