the problem is that we as mods must try and make buying and selling as safe as possible for you guys. if we feel that the rules need to be tighter and there in safer ? after all this is a free service this site offers.. yet some seam to still not care about the goods they sell
depends who you trade with if its a trade with someone like luke of york or your self lump or a myrid of trusted sellers all is good but if... its some little scroat you need to be carefull and use your common sense

If you pay with personal payment its your responsibility and your problem.
If you pay as goods, we (the forum comminity) will help out if something goes wrong because your showing your not being a total tosser and bitching about next to nothing in cost.

I Will be voting NO , i give people the option to either pay as either owed or add the 4 % fee for there personal security.
I also do the same with postage options, if people choose not to add the fees or not take the option of postal added security , then i say they Know the chances they take..
If i a gut feeling that buying from some newbie or zero poster i would try make sure that within the deal fees were covered
..
And i do understand where Lump is coming from after speaking with him at the NSPL on sunday, as i understand they often get dragged into disputes about items that never arrive etc...
But they are like super hero's all glad in red.. its surely good to feel wanted.

no. but everyone should be aware of the possible consequences. also with ebay a seller has no real way of avoiding paypal fees.

Normally I sent by regular paypal payment.
But one was off Gassy so I was happy to send payment owed.
