Well...I woudl say that a QEV (with dwell set at around 20-25 from bottom) and a Firebolt would be a good start...or any of the Lucky offerings..stage 5 would be worth it, or just 1-3 if your not worried about a body.Hey Mr Hendrix, long time no speak.
I kinda guessed that was so but as you know, i'm used to the way a cocker works and don't know much about these new fangled korean sex aids
I only changed over to the T-board as i shagged the stock board and the T was the cheapest "new" replacement, i ran it up in the garden earlier and fully auto sounded to be around 12bps but then i was manual feeding my halo as the batteries had gone
Now obviously i haven't made any dwell adjustments etc etc but the main point to this was getting an understanding of what the mods are that are worth doing and actually make a difference.
Like Marcus states the stock Ion is capped at 17bps, but what limits the marker first when you let the electrics loose?
Still open for sexy video's to be linked and top mods that "ACTUALLY" make a difference. (so many people just seem to shop from an aftermarket parts catalogue without knowing what improvements are or are not being made)
Whoa there fella, easy easyWhat "because you can" irritate the **** out of everyone at a tournament or your neighbours in your back garden dry firing it?
Dood - a marker is a tool - its there to... urm, propell paint!!
And if it cant then its flawed
I getcha - my badWhoa there fella, easy easy
Don't in anyway mistake me for a PBnation **** that is after a soooo radical marker that shoots ropes and is like kinda ballistic and like my mate bazza has got one that like cycles like at a squillion balls a second and is so fantastically amazing that i think i've just come in my panty's
actually i'm not this guy
i'm fully aware of a markers purpose but i'm also someone who likes to understand and improve things. speed is never my major concern but consistancy is! give me a totally consistant marker any day
What i'm trying to establish here is just what is possible "using paint"!
so often people make amazing and totally unsubstantiated claims about their equipment and a simple search on youtube proves that. The link above is absolute borrocks but the one below is believable
Ok there's no chrono and the gun spits a couple of balls but it was fast, no doubt.
i'd rather believe and have a gun that was capable of 15bps day in day out, than have an uber tuned pbnation machine that turns paint to soup and breaks every 3 seconds.
Irrespective of that i'm still trying to understand exactly what governs an Ion and what the "proven" best mods are, just for the simple reason "because i can"!
