The point is not to make it easier for strong players to move and dominate the game, rather to let the lesser player with a smaller budget to compete at the same level.

at campaign i used a loader in 1 game and dominated the game, you dont have to have money to compete at a high level...

changing the rate off fire from 15 -12 is not going to change a thing in Europe and the UK especially as 95% of players are quite happy to sit behind there bunkers and shoot there 1000$ guns, rather than get off there ass and move up the field .
