What do you think: do we reduce the rate of fire cap (worldwide) or leave as is?
If the consensus of opinions is a cap reduction I will get in touch with the people can make the change with me and get it done.

Russell, whilst the sentiment of your post may
sound reasonable, and just for my own peace of mind, how do you propose to go 'worldwide' with this, do you have power over the world's other leagues?
If you think that a poll on here, or you are gonna influence other leagues not only within Europe or even in the UK or for that matter the US, then you are very much mistaken.
We (domestic leagues) do not set agendas or directions in worldwide paintball other than the ones we have direct control over and as I see it, if you wanan go 15 or 12 with the PA, then good luck to ya mate but if you feel that's gonna carry any weight with anybody else, then you are much mistaken.
Whether you like it or not, the Millennium carries a lot more weight in terms of influence than a UK based league, and this is because the Millennium is bigger, more extended and has people running it who have a greater influence and standing in the sport.
If you are gonna try and change anything at all, then your first port of call should be to try and work with the Millennium instead of attacking them otherwise you are just pissing in the wind.
Sometimes the Millennium guys act like dicks, and I mean real dicks, and the way they have treated some of their customers of late is reprehensible but this doesn't mean you ignore them.
You guys on the PA had a great idea, you also run pretty good tourneys but you have never managed to understand the politics of paintball and that sometimes torturous route you need to tread to get things done ........ In Paintball, it's all about working with people..some you like, some you don't.
