im not trying to be the best at bench, dont get me wrong, i just feel like bieng a bit competitive...
im generally just doing flat bench and the butterfly things at the moment, and incline only ocasionally. i s'pose whats really brought this on is that i cant bench as much now as when i was late15/early16, and im almost 18... so i need to start training again, and an rm1 of 100kg seems like a good target
