ive just found out that a guy i knew a few years ago, of roughly the same build, can bench 100k.... and im not happy (especially as he was a cocky little sh!t). so basically i need to boost my bench in the next few months (by 35k) so i dont feel physically inadequate
i spoke to someone a while ago on here, and they said that they could help, think his name was john(something) and remember bieng surprised with his results. anyone got any suggestions on training stuff? good protien shakes (no creatine etc please, as ive heard a few horror stories about that), diets? whatever, i dont really care about bulking up, just the strength aspect... can anyone help me? please
