I'm getting impatient with this little, big-mouthed prihk after reading some of that sh!t above and so I've teted this jamie kid one last opportunity to get his father to call by end of today, if no-one calls me then myself or one of our mods, or both, will be going round to recover what's owed.
Let's hope he fires up his last remaining synapse in trying to resolve this issue ... I have my doubts he will take the common-sense road out of this ..

Hi Jay - I'll attempt to use this 'what's app' group thingy at around 10.30 if that's ok with all concerned [sorry Jay, I meant to include you in on the discussion, my mistake.]

Speak to you all tomorrow guys !!!

Would this evening maybe suit a bit better? I know I'll be in work but can always find a quiet spot for a few minutes if necessary :)

could i make a suggestion..

Dont get me wrong, i think this little prick should get whats coming to him.. but

Maybe it might work if someone thats his sort of age spoke to him.. because, atm all his mum and dad and him will see is a whole load of adults threatening him, and will be worried about whats going to happen either by police or other members trying something..

BUT, if someone his sort of age spoke to him and maybe his parents, and not in a threatening way, then maybe they might be more repsonsive, and might communicate better with people. also if his parents get spoken to by a younger person, then they will be less threatened by there presence and will probably be less agressive and arguementative..

Just an idea.. and i know a couple of people, including myself who would happily go have a sensible chat with just him, and as an outsider can express my veiw across calmly??

u might all dissagree but i thought i would give a sensible input for once? :p

I'm afraid it's gone beyond the point of having a chat, he's been given more opportunities than he deserves to be honest.

As much as that seems like a good idea, I reckon you or who ever goes round would get into trouble with the lawman :/
Last thing any of us here want to see is you or anyone else being done in by the lawman for going round and trying to resolve the situation. Plus it would be playing into the hands of the copper Bathgate. you did say yourself in the reply email that you wouldn't do it.

Id say go straight to the cops with everything we have, theres more than enough evidence here to incriminate himself. Serial numbers, communications between all his accounts and sellers/buyers, comments here and emails.

he's had plenty of chances to sort this out without the police involved and hes done jacksh*t.

I'd say its time to let the hammer fall on this fool

(coincidence i'm listening to this while i type;) )

I would also be willing to have a chat if it came to it (i'm 16 :) )

but i also completely understand what you're saying :)
