10) You're down to your last guppy of paint in the final battle when the guy next to you runs out, and you give him half so he can continue to play. You know he'd do the same for you.
I agree with Quick on those 2. I like the one about hearing about moves from a Tournament you didn't attend!:D

New one from me...

When you spend 4 hours working on your teams site and your page to make it look kewl!

You know you're addicted.....

When you’re assigned to read chapters 10-15 of ‘To Kill a Mocking Bird’ for English homework, and instead you re-read issues 10-15 of PGI.

When you’re asked to design your own experiment for a piece of A-Level Physics coursework and you base it on trying to find the exact flight trajectory of a paintball as it leaves the barrel at different speeds taking into account weather conditions, temp. and wind strength and direction etc. (a rather interesting read actually!)

When you know that there’s some earth-shattering news on BBC1 running continually for hours and you really should watch it to keep up to date with your current affairs and what’s happening to the world – but instead you put in your PUSH video and play it on repeat!

When you first start tinkering with a new gun and you’re ever so careful to make sure that you take out each piece carefully so you can remember which order they go back when all of a sudden three springs, some o-rings and a couple of tiny screws fly out of somewhere! You panic and franticly scour the carpet for the bits before making and educated guess as to which way they go back into the gun and swiftly put it all back together. – You then have to spend the next week worrying about if it’ll work when you go to play next weekend, you have recurring nightmares where you just see gun parts flying around the room!! Arrghhh!!.........the doctor said this would be therapeutic!

You know you're addicted...

.... When you go out for a romantic meal or have a special night in with your "significant other" & end up discussing the effect of barrel porting types on the flight trajectory of a paintball.

....when you go away for one week's holiday in your home country & before you leave, check up on any local sites

Lord of the Ringtones
I know I'm addicted to paintball when last night for example I walk into a bookstore, go straight to the magazine section, and look at the paintball mags for two hours before looking at anything else in the store or even think about dinner. That's either dedication or dementia.

Oh, and the other night, I drank alone at the bar because even though there were women there that looked available, none of them had on jerseys or hats or jewlery or anything that indicated they played paintball, so I drank one beer and left. I am not making this up, nor was this the first or last time it will happen.
