what's going to be really interesting is that this event will set the form for the national series next year...

It's really good to see the "old rivalries" surfacing...Mancs v's Geordies v's Brummies v's (what do you call someone from Lincoln?)

What's really got me is that with being a tournament official I'm not allowed to make a bet on the grounds that I might "influence" matters...Like anyone ever listens to me anyway! I s'pose I could always tell the Sunderland Winos (please tell me that's not the official name ) that there's a bottle of finest Tesco's Chateau de Blanc hidden on the 50....not sure how that might affect things tho.

Actually I think Jose may be playing his "poker face" and could be trying to influence people into a false sense of security...there could be some surprises from up North.

Hopefully team listings will be avalable from Monday so everyone can study the form...
