Play nice, young TL. Don't forget that some teams might have the same name but their squads are chock full of beginners. Look at us: we have our old boys in Am B and there's all you newbes in Nov, but some will see the Sinner name and assume that we're sandbagging our second squad - although considering our results over the last 3 Milleniums I'd be amused at such a conclusion.

Yes, there's going to be some sandbagging, even for the simple reason that it costs less to book in as Nov. Right or wrong we just have to live with it.

Besides, it gives us something to bitch about after each day's play!

im pretty sure 4/5s of the novice division are sandbaggers... surely the novice rating should be decided on how good you actually are, not how many milleniums u have played....

Only two I can see 4 or 5 who should not be Novice and should be ashamed of themselves. But thats the way of the Uk scene really isn't it. All I can say is my team 'Sinners Confess' will be playing thier second Millennium series event at campaign and thus next season will be moving up to AM B, as the rules specify. But we could still bag it next season due to this being the first event that we are entering as a team, but we have all already played one event on the A squad. And anyhow wheres the fun in playing in a division that you are bagging. Is the wish to win silverware that bad that you have to underclass yourself.

Novice really should be for those in their first Millennium event, not those who are playing their firsat of the season! If that was the case then teams like K2 would be in the Nov section as it wil be their first this season!
