Re: wen will girlies get respect?!?!?!
prehaps when you stop calling yourself "girlie"

now if some one beats you and says to you "well done" would you not find it patronising? admittedly it depends on how the game was fought.

i know 99% of guys dont get congratulated after a game so its nothing personal towards guys or girls its just ignorance overall.

as long as you get respect from your team for your efforts what else really matters???

I have had the pleasure of being around the Charms a whole lot in the past several years, partly because I've worked with Millennium and partly because I live in Stockholm and see them at local events and practices as well. Believe me, they get a LOT of congratulations and I certainly have given them much praise myself. But, I've never had the experience of playing against them...yet.

They definitely rule and will continue to get better because most of them are very talented and they have the drive to win. They are also willing to play the price which is to practice with and against better teams.

No offense, Candy, but this is nonsense as is much of the same twaddle when the guys do it--passing around "respect" for having the same opinions or saying some drivel some other bozo agrees with. Talk is cheap and when it's just talk it's no different than smack, just the other end of the spectrum and equally meaningless. For the most part this juvenile PBN notion of respect is nothing more than seeking approval and ain't got anything to do with real respect.
There's lots of different kinds of respect.
Every player ought to respect their fellow competitors, it matters not whether they are any good or not.
Every player ought to respect the Game and it's reps on the field, the officials.
Every other sort of respect needs to be earned and when y'all spend too much effort on passing around "respect" all the time you devalue it's meaning.
The truth is most players probably don't deserve respect for their ability to play the game, yet many players deserve respect for their determination and desire to be the best players they can be.

Baca i appreciate your reply i do see where your coming from i agree with you about different types of respect and i agree most with what you said about people gettin respect for trying to be the best player they can be but even this respect is due it is rarely given as i think that some ballers do not like to like to congratulate other players as they only think about their own play
