No it's not. It's completely accurate and true. You can easily change the gun before or when playing, to cheat, if you are so inclined.

I'm not talking about hybrid which is a whole nother kettle of fish.

Just because you can't see something doesn't mean it's not possible.

I wasn't referring to the shot buffer setting, but that's another good point, how do people know when the e-mag is in tourny mode? They don't check it and it's hard to tell. So with the new software that's another gun where you can 'dial in' or out bounce.
No offence or anything, but the only menus I've got on my E-Mag are:

TS - total shots
SHBF - shot buffer - set to fastest setting (4)
ACE - set to 0 - 'off' - as I don't have an eye
SPS - shots per second, set to max (20)

Can't see how anything there can possibly be used as an on-field cheating tool.

My question is...

Not to worry, I asked them what they were doing and they said they were just fixing their dwell. :p
...why did the refs let the teams fiddle with the guns after they had been chronoed? When I reffed the NPPL I let them chrono their guns, then put them down beside me in two separate rows, one for each team. I then made shure these were the only guns that went on the field. Very simple to me...

Just for the record, several Nexus players asked if they could have their markers put on the robot to see how they performed, but were unfortunately denied the privilege.

Maybe robbie had bigger fish to fry that weekend?

I think the reason they wouldn't is they didn't always have a computer to run the machine.

They underestimated what was required to get it all set up and working properly, so it wasn't fully operational all the time.
