Don't know of anyone buddy. But that doesn't mean you can't get a team together. Speak to your S.U. get some posters up and find a couple of people interested in a club. You can mentor them perhaps take them for a bit of training the weekend before.

It could be the start of something great.

It worked well (IMO) at the PA which was 7-man.

I wasn't originally going to allow it, but following the discussion the other clubs I was pursuaded. The main reason being to give the event a more lively and fun atmosphere.

PS. Ion - did you say there was a paintball club at canterbury?

call it cheering, then its fine.

if there is no cheering, then its unlikely we can persuade the non playing members of the club to come down. although I do have my speach ready.

I'm no pro player, but does cheering really make that much of difference? my skills still suck, although if I have robbo or XSV coaching from the sidelines I must admit my skills then become enough so that even dynasty fear me??

And before anyone says people can cheer support but not information, that is far to difficult to define and will lead to arguements

"well 'go on' is telling him to move"
"no its not i'm just encouraging him"
"yeah encouraging him to move, because it was safe then... blah blah."

OK we probabley won't get this sort of pettyness. But you get the picture. Also the reason people get so in to cheering is partly because of the sense of involvement in telling them what to do, regardless of whether they can hear. Kinda like a footy fan shouting at the telly. You feel involved - you share in the adrenaline.

I just think we should do everything to make it as fun as possible, at the end of the day its just for jokes.
Anyone at campaign 04 can vouch for crowd participation being a good laugh so im not bothered either way.

Although I do think he is toneing down my idea. I think the ladies in cages, smoke machines and strobes are staying in my shed

You can actually hire some A4's on the day for £18.50 i believe it was, with only 3-4 of my guys having guns, thats what we are doing.
