And no its not as simple as just selling someone elses gear. The other guy in question is a friend I have known for years before paintball. We started the sport together, and clubbed together getting gear etc to share. That is why we were using this as a joint account, with a joint sale. All our gear is together in one place so we just did the one thread so as people could save on shipping/buy multiple items more easily. In the past it has worked perfectly, without a hitch.

I would also just like to say that over the internet it is remarkably hard to extract how a person is truly commenting. Many of the so called inflaming comments were not intended in that manner, and were just misconceived. Like I just posted previously, I am still for some crazy reason willing to just take the bloody marker back and give back your money. I feel this PayPal dispute you have filed is simply rather unfair bearing in mind a full refund has already been offered countless times. However, if you do wish to continue with the dispute, I shall indeed fight it, citing every piece of evidence here. I will be perfectly happy either having the marker back, or the money. It is your choice.

Lastly, if you were to win this paypal dispute, would you even send the marker back, or were you intending on keeping bith the money and the marker?

If this is the case, get them to register their own account and sell their own stuff. I don't particularly care what is most convenient for YOU.

The leak is continuous - I have had the gun on semi & ramp, and it does not seal after a couple of shots, despite what is said in the advert to the contrary.

Also, there is a large gouge in the back rear of the gun, above the bolt. This was not mentioned in the advert, and could not have happened in transit - through dropping, for example - as there was no damage to the box it came in.

Thankyou very much for the video, i now appreciate what you mean by the continuous leak. I can assure you that it was not that loud when posting (it was barely audible before). This could of course be due to many reasons out of my control, im guessing mist likely due to your dye throttle tank being high pressure, and it previously having been set up with a Ninja slp reg.

Anyway, more to the point, I am still standing by my very first statement that as soon as the marker is returned I will give the full refund.

As for the gouge, (not trying to sound kike a douche here mods) but i pictured it as best as I could. And mentioned the back damage in the description... It was from the previous owner for anyone that is interested, I take care of my equipment extremely carefully. This can be proved by the still perfect condition demon i brought off of foot nearly a year ago

I cannot see why there is any issue with this. If either of you have doubts about each others willingness to keep to their end of the bargain, cover the postage costs and send it to a moderator. Once we have received it, the refund can be given and the marker sent on or sent back.
