(ask a mod politely and they might be willing to help or point you to someone who will) send them the demon. as soon as they've confirmed they've received it, then transfer the money and the intermidiary can then post then demon back to you. job done!

It was all sorted that he woyld send the gun back, I would then send over the money on receipt, and everything would be fine again. By the way, Love Me Sexy that offer is still on the table. The moment we get the marker back a refund will happily be on its way. As said I said before, I play at Bricketwood so if I were prickish enough to not give your money, im sure enough people there would be on my case. Besides, i wouldnt do that anyway.

1 - Vanguard Demon, Red & Black. 2012 edition.
Near enough perfect condition, just the back plate is damaged. It still unscrews both by hand and via an alan key (it still bites at the bottom of the thread) Comes with full set of Vanguard Allen Keys. Will throw in a PE barrel sock if needed.
There is a slight leak around the grip area when you air it up, however it does seem to seal itself after a couple of shots. Probably an easy oring fix or something.

A Smart Parts on/off ASA. Had to modify to fit an old angel ASA. Works fine. Can be used as both an on/off and an ASA extender. Groove is there so you can screwdriver it round to turn on/off. Most of the time it can be done by hand though.

LASTLY - 10 - The MIGHTY Tippmann 98 custom.
It lost it's barrel in the war, but is still fighting strong. Airs up with no leaks. I do have the original grips in the garage, I'll fish them out for the lucky winner of this badboy. Never let me down this one. Combined with the eggy above, it's a force to be reckoned with. ;D

And no its not as simple as just selling someone elses gear. The other guy in question is a friend I have known for years before paintball. We started the sport together, and clubbed together getting gear etc to share. That is why we were using this as a joint account, with a joint sale. All our gear is together in one place so we just did the one thread so as people could save on shipping/buy multiple items more easily. In the past it has worked perfectly, without a hitch.
I would also just like to say that over the internet it is remarkably hard to extract how a person is truly commenting. Many of the so called inflaming comments were not intended in that manner, and were just misconceived. Like I just posted previously, I am still for some crazy reason willing to just take the bloody marker back and give back your money. I feel this PayPal dispute you have filed is simply rather unfair bearing in mind a full refund has already been offered countless times. However, if you do wish to continue with the dispute, I shall indeed fight it, citing every piece of evidence here. I will be perfectly happy either having the marker back, or the money. It is your choice.
Lastly, if you were to win this paypal dispute, would you even send the marker back, or were you intending on keeping bith the money and the marker?
