Voted yes - because they work, there's members on here I'll trade with by PM but that's because I have dealt with them before and trust them and I certainly wouldn't go whining to the mods if it went wrong (and if I did I hope they'd tell me where to go).

My only suggestion would be maybe a slight relaxation of the picture rule in the wanted section, for example someone posts up saying they want an Angel barrel but doesn't specify a particular make or price they would be willing to pay. It might be an idea if you could post that you had a particular make for a particular price then the buyer could state if they were interested (in which case a picture would then be required before any commitment to buy is made) or state that that's not what they are after.

The only reason I suggest this is, for low value stuff, it can be a pain to dig through your various kit bags to find something like an autococker ram that's only going to sell for say £10 to post a picture for the buyer to then say they wanted a different colour or model or something.

So you want to offer some thing the buyer doesn't want because you cant be assed to dig out a picture :tsk::) That is sort of the piont. You see what you want before you buy it

with the wanted threads it is an awkward one as you say. So we allow anyone to post that they have an item and they can describe it without falling foul of the rules. But as soon as they put a price it has to be considered as a saleable item, and must have proof.

It may be worth introducing a price level that the proof rule comes in at, but we've had a request to chase up items worth £5.
