The Book rules, it's the best text I've ever read although I am suprised that others knew of it as I discovered it by accident.

Unfortunately I lost my copy in a sequence of house moves and I'm gutted. Although I want to get a "proper" copy from Japan on my travels. So my quoting will be distinctly limited :)

I keep mine under the short leg of the coffee table. :D
