I once trained with a Zap using team (Zap Chronic to be precise) and I wore my playing top with a White T-Shirt under it.

The playing top washed clean and is still used but the white t-shirt is not so happy. It has 2 big pink stains on it. I have never had any staining probs from any tourney I have played and it is a one off case with Zap (like i say shot and been shot by Zap at tourneys with no bother)

Maybe its how it was washed but never had a prob before, maybe it was this one batch of paint but I cant prove that, but I think this is the point.

Everyone is fine with their brand and have only good things to say about it and most of the time it is true but it only takes one ball to stain and for the few cases (incidents) that it does surely the odds are better for paint not staining than that of the ones that do?

It could be coincidence that every one seems to be pink?

Corin mate, it's not his kit. He has the same tops as us and ours are ok.
I have had pink staining on some of my old kit lately, so it's not a kit issue.
I agree with IanC, we should find out what brand of paint it is.
But is this really the way to do it. Simply slaging off any brand (other than the one your team uses) on the forums.
Do we want to get into a kit manufacturer slaging match as well?

[hothead mood on]
in my oppinion it is not the fact that someone has had a problem with a paint staining their kit, cos that is just unfortunate! it is the fact that people have been accused of using 'evil' paint and team names have been mentioned etc!! this does nothing for the sport and basically makes games between those two teams very hostile for the future.
we have a responsibility to our sponsors who assist us with an enormous paint deal, and we are playing very well raising our profile and climbing the Pro ladder, we do not want someone banning our paint just cos someone said it was ours that stained with absolutely no proof or justification!!
if you cant beat us on the field then dont try and do it off it!!
[hothead mood off]

now i feel better saying that!!

Sorry to interrupt !

Listen. We go out on a weekend and shoot the poo out of each other with paint. PAINT. How can everyone expect not to get some kind of stains on their clothing. IT'S PAINT. Does anyone complain if they get grass stains on their tops/trousers ? do they chuff. If you want to stay all lovely & clean (so's you can look all "bling" in front of your mates) play chess. You may well argue that your new team top cost you forty or fifty quid, but I bet your marker cost a lot more & look at the treatment they get. Lets all stop moaning as to who is at fault, realise thet this is a mucky, greasy, often painful & always expensive game & just bloody enjoy ourselves eh?

lots of love
