Mabye, but by double tapping or walking the trigger you can hit 16bps or higher.

its is possible, by using 2-3 fingers with a random tapping method on a feather light electro trigger.
sparklies site has a chrony that can count bps. so we tried with somones super sensative impy, and a timmy, and it reached 20

An Impy is physically limited so can't fire at 20bps I believe. I think it's something like 13.6 for the old board but the cricket might be different - Nick?

Plus, the stock board on an Timmy is limited to 14bps, so unless they have a semi-only board (of which I have only seen my own in the UK) you can't fire faster than 14bps whatever you do. who's was it? and what hopper were they using?

I would suggest that Sparklies chrono was mistaken mate :)

ROF is important, as long as it doesn't come at the sacrifice of playing tight. Get both together and you're rocking.

I can fire 18bps with firing just 2 shots

Its the way all the processors work, if your going by an on gun display, its working out the time between shots and converting that to your BPS. So if you double tap your trigger and it takes 0.2secs for each tap then it will average it out at 5BPS

See what i mean?, im not the best at explaining on the internet :D :D :D

Yer but think about it this way... the fastest guitarist in the world (ok debateably) is Steve Vai and he can Shred at 26 notes a second... and thats using all four fingers! So i might be a bit skeptical about people being able to hit 20+ BPS!! Also the dexterity required to actually walk the walk the trigger is phenomonal (spelling?) I mean i play guitar so my picking hand can move quick but i still find it bloody difficult to walk the trigger...
