but whats the point in typing a large volume of instructions in txtspk when the person reading them cant scan the instructions cause they have to stop every few words to try and work out your contractures?.

It is like a mixture of contraction, torture, fracture, conjecture, and who knows what else. I am working it into my everyday vocabulary right next to "befounded," where you are completely baffled into a stupor.
