So Mr BiG has asked lil ol' moi

Sparklie

I ain't gonna go overboard with diet per se, just proper pre, during and post game nutrition and hydration...don't wanna blind people with science or too much info - anyway, it don't take big changes in diet and regime to make big advances in performance, so hopefully even the laziest, burger-addicted 'baller will be able to make some improvements if they follow any of the article.

peace

I think that the fitness article is a great idea. The problem is that alot of the poeple on here are the very extreme of both sides of the spectrum. We have the rather overweight larger louts who couldn't really give a toss about any kind of training, and then the people who already work out regularly and are already in pretty good shape!!

I do think the article would encourage alot of the more regular people who aren't speaking out to kick their asses into gear and realise what a large part of their game their actual fitness level is. It's not just all tactics and the best paint as the magazines continually churn out every issue. I read an article in the first issue of FaceFull and they had a small bit about health and fitness but I didn't find it informative enough. I reckon that tips and exercices to work the muscles excessively used in paintball is a fantastic idea and I very much look forward to grabbing a hold of a copy!! :D
