I know many of my countrymen like their Pork n grits a little too much (not in Cali, everyone's waaaay too vain and beautiful), but let's not confuse fat and fit.
There are some fit fat guys, an' some seriously unfit skinny dudes. This would be pball specific training tips, debunking fitness tips, explaining terms and basically just trying to make everyone's game that bit better.
For example; point guys. You know when you're set in your front bunker ready for the runner - or waiting for the snapshot - up on one knee, gun ready, locked. Now you stay in that position for a long time and your leg or your arm starts to ache, then shake, then you can't hold it any more. Same players can do it waaaay longer than others.
Y'all with me on that feeling?
Well that's lactic acid build-up - and you can increase your lactate threshold easily so you can hold that coiled spring position waaaay longer than before. Thass the sorta thing I mean - I'll tell y'all how...
