Would you still play tourneys here?

But secretly you do LOVE IT;) :D
You really that home sick?

Not really, but I do miss the states.

Why are you posted out here?

Because the Air Force stuck me here.

What part of the US you from?

Georgia

Would you still play tourneys here?

Depends on who I play for when I get back to the states.

The paintball here is great :)

Lemme know, cos I ain't sure if it's a waste o' TJ's time or not...

Peace
Hey TJ I think that would be a good piece of information for some of them larger back guys and out of shape front guys! If it weren't for my military committment I would probably take your advice. But I am already on a good program to keep the body fat down and the muscle ready for anything!

How about training tips for honing your 'explosive speed' as someone put it, training those muscles that get used when going shinobi on their asses...

Kewl I think that would be the 1st time I have read an article in other than Muscle Mags that helps the reader out. I am surprised you didn't get a larger feed back here on P8ntballer! Perhaps the majority fits into one or the other catagories I spoke of! LOL:D Then again I would also say a mojority would probably deny they need to do some kind of training!

Agreed Rooster,

Many players suffer from machismo imposed on them by their buddies, so they think they can get away with drinking a beer too much on a night before a tournament.

But then again there are players and players, and I don't play around when I play.

I go to a military academy so I am forced to stay in shape. I actually enjoy it though, it makes me more confindent. I used to be a skinny ass ******* but now I am in really good shape. I know when I step on the field I am in way better shape than 95% of the people there. I can reach my bunker faster than my mirror or cross, I can pop out quicker, and sprint to the 50 faster. Anyways, I would be more than happy to give my typical work out routine. Paintball is more about endurance and fast twitch muscles, not big bulky meat heads with uber huge arms ::side glance to Robbo::

Dear TJ

I am really looking forward to reading it, some years back I am not sure (huge pile of PGI too much time I read the lot) pgi did an article about warm up which I took to heart and being a gym bunny like to do anyway. Way back at my first tourney I was very suprised to see I was the only one doing my streaches, but not so suprised at all the knee suports ect and limping off at the end of the day. I do occasionly see players on site warming up and wish you every sucess in the article.

I am intreuged as to the full extent with the nutrtion aspect and just how deep are you planning to go into this side?

As in which foods have essential this that because or just a more general balanced diteary advise and slow carbs what not too eat night before a game ect.

When you sing you avoid milk and choccy cause they gack up your larinx ect> :(

Personally I find the fitter I get the less I want to eat fatty foods any way, it all starts looking like a lump of lard.

Which issue then?

Can I finnaly stop cooking burgers and tell them it's for the good of their game lol ;)

Peace love and cokies
