Teej, I'm pretty sure there's a number of serious guys out there that would be interested. In fact, not doing it would kinda be like saying paintball ain't never going to be a real sport, so it ain't worth it.
Personally I'd like to read about the fitness bit, just to find out what I'm doing wrong. The fitness and diet routine I stick to now is the same as the one from my defensive tackle days. So it's about upper body strength, quick short sprints, lots of strength in the legs and all that. Probably not exactly suited to paintball, but it works for me, and I'm too old to do new stuff, I'll probably fall apart.
Oh yeah, no way I'm changing my diet of pastas, white rice and loads of chicken! Oh, and piles of meat too.
