u have to hit the floor on ur knees then hands while moving forward then slide onwards on ur stomach and chest, although it is quite amusing to watch players while marshallin jump 10 ft in the air n hit he floor like a sack of spuds
prefer the low run one hand lead...mainly because it gets you in a little faster (you go strait in) wereas the knee drop leaves you open for a little longer (youve got to hit slide/stop as your upper body follows over and then comes down) in a tourney that small fraction of time can be enough to get you eliminated.
But the knee thing is still fine to use especially if your not up against serious competitors.
but seriously, i do it the way i said cause its not so painful, i think. i found the supermandive so painful cause i am huge built*LOL*( im not talkin belly, huh?).
