Was a fantastic day and well done to the marshalls, did not have or see any bad decision all day, so top stuff.

Also a big thumbs up has to go too Spirit for taking 1st to the last game you guys almost got it and Sinners it was great to play with you lot and all the best in the future.

Oh and on a final Note thanks to scutty and the guys at Fury sports for sorting out our team shirts in time for this event, when TNT managed to loose the first consignment the week before. There were loads of comments about them but we will be providing sunglasses to opposing teams at future events. As they are rather bright

There’s no disrespect meant by my comment Robbo, [says Tortoise making a hasty retreat]. I saw Nexus playing K2 on field 1 [We made way for you whilst we waited for our opponents], and boy did that game rock. The team gelled well and the communication was fantastic. I went away thinking my god these guys are bloody good. It was later in the day when the news that Nexus had been beaten by Imperial started to filter through to the cheap seats. Everyone was starting to think ‘hang on this is meant to be the cream of the British paintball circuit why have they just lost’. But at the end of the day it’s like the giant killings by non league teams in the F.A. Cup. Maybe this being disrespectful to Imperial as after all they are a top flight team. People were starting to say lets ‘dis’ Nexus on p8nt I even heard say of a thread entitled ‘Nexus the great British Hope?’ mentioned. Perhaps said individuals [who shall remain nameless, I’m not a grass] were just playing up to my mischievous nature in the hope that I might start the dissing. True hands up I was all up for it, until when we all came out and watched the final and saw that your team had realised they were not infallible and had picked their game back up to the level what the ‘punter would expect’. This show of pure skill started to turn my mind and got me thinking that I had no right to come onto a public forum and cause trouble by trying to ruin the image of your team [as if I could even start to scratch the surface, most people ignore my posts anyhow]. I didn’t personally see the game where you were beaten so I can’t comment on what went on I was purely acting on the stories that were coming through, and as always this can be dangerous, perhaps Imperial were just having a bloody god day. I’ll never know.

Well that’s my 2p and my 4p and once again I apologise for misjudging nexus and wish you guys all the best of luck in future tournaments. And thanks for turning up at the event this weekend after all you didn’t have to do that and a lot of people appreciated having the big fish mixing it with the small fry.

Well done to Hellfish for taking the division 1st place, that last game was great fun. Kudos to the dude without a hopper who bunkered me on the left arse cheek

That was me, ran in from far right into centre coke can and my Halo B fell off , so with 4 balls I mugged the guy infront (Broz I think) in the stand up can infront and ya back right guy before I got lit up by him
