But that in no way invalidates Mark's broader point of concern for ongoing process of rules enforcement or follow up comments from others of like opinion. Over here we've had plenty of lip service in the past and rules enforcement is a big deal, even menial rules, because otherwise you get the sort of chaos we've had until now.
