To be honest, I think that 75% of UK teams playing Campaign should be playin in Div2 or higher - anything less is just admitting that UK ballers are, in a nutshell, afraid of playing opposition that challenges them

And all I'm gonna say is: "Bring on Trauma/Strange/Philly! Tha Tigers Am are gonna have a f'kin' crack at ya!"

Jon i understand your points. But for example Wolf-Pac can play some good ball in Div 1 at dartford but they have yet to do well in novice at milleniums except for 4th at amsterdam. obviously the level of play at dartford is alot different

Well I'm trying to convince my team to up our entry to Div 2 at campaign.

I fancy a crack at the better teams but most of the others being millennium virgins arn't so keen. Which I guess is understandable, its a hell of a lot of cash to spend just to get blown apart all weekend!!!

division 2 and 3 are a total lottery, there are so many teams in these divisions, staying down in division 3 is not that much of an advantage.

Why is it that British players always try to get themselves in a lower division.

Why do we always have this 'team so- and -so is sandbagging this year...' thread before campaign cup every year?

No wonder brit ball sucks, so many teams are pussying out and trying to get in the lowest divison possible, so they have a better chance of winning a trophy.

You need that winning mentality like Nexus or Shockwave, they could hide here and play all the local events, kick everyone's ass, and be the big boys on the block... but they go pay their money to play the best teams in the world, going half way around the globe to test them selves against the best!

And teams like the UK Jags, totally outclassed against Dynasty, but they still played the game full out and took points... How many Div 1 teams can say they beat dynasty, even if it's only a few points. Their mentaltiy was 'we got to play 20 some odd points against the best team in the world', and not 'man we had to play dynasty and they beat us so we didn't win the trophy'

UK teams, have some freakin self respect and start punching your weight!


Ok rant over, if any teams want to change their status, you got a few days left to do it.

Thanks Colin we love playing the hardest teams we can. Who you learn more from? I got a few rants about this myself after this match a english paintballer said it was a embarrassing result!
In his mind maybe, in my mind it was awesome taking points off Dynasty, was the best feeling in the world. Even if they did slap us back down as soon as we scored, who cares?

Also even tho i realise this is not meant for major leagues, at last weekends D7 just past there was a very rookie team playing, had a young lady playing with a spider (sorry don't know the teams name) and players were openly laughing at them WTF?
Y laugh y not help em out? whilst not all english players are not like this, alot are,why? Cos they live in fear of people being better than them. I for one hope this team learn and learn fast and beat the c*** out of the ones who found it so amusing.

i was told that to to take 2 consecutive points off of dynasty was unheard of, except UK jags and apparently dynasty were having a mega tantrum!!

im not bothered who we play (jags XS), cos we're gonna beat them anyway
but this is our first millenium ever, and our results in division 3 at dartford 7's say we are Am as we have had only 2 podium placings out of 5 legs
