From what I hear there was no mention of ramping in the contract that teams signed and now they have introduced it without informing people in writing etc? Your paying for a service that has been altered from that which you agreed to pay for in the first place.
Theres plenty of things that could be used to show the agreement has become 'aggravated', health and safety issues you 'feel' have emerged and were not made aware of, lots of things.
I havn't even read it myself, but from what I hear I would not worry about being "sued on behalf of uk paintball" or some crap like that.
If they did try to sue, it would be much more complicated than "you said you were gonna pay for every event so pay us". At the end of the day both parties have obligations and if they have not dotted every 'i' and crossed every 't' on their part, they have nothing solid.
It'd be simpler and cheaper for them to just get another team to enter- nobody likes people who go around threatening to sue all the time anyway...*cough sp*.... Hatts? has Shockwave just itching to get in apparently
..You can tell Kyle is excited already!
