thanks for the help guys. have answered most questions, and i was thinking there would be more soon to be students wanting to know too.

I'll be staying in the Maltings, tis about 2 miles from the Uni, havent actually been to the exact same halls, but will do in the future and ask a few questions about security.

unless i find i need some kit at uni, i'll probably do the sensible and leave it at home. if i do play up in nottingham, im sure i could wangle some kit, i will be a student, free things get thrown at students (thanks stongle et al)

its the same no matter what i choose really. I'll probably take my bike up, plus computer, digital camera, etc etc. it all builds up and iwll be worth more than my kit probably. so its a matter of just taking care, and not being too drunk to lock my door.

which is perfect fr the two sites where we train.....

Well I did three first years

And I'd just like to whinge about the abuse of mod powers changing the thread title - I did more work during my final year of my degree than I ever have outside uni, and probably ever will. (unless my boss is reading this, in which case I am working, honest)
