I don't know the names of other country's governing bodys, but the UKPSF in the UK are the point of contact with the Home Office etc regarding paintball, and could be usful in anticipanting what regulations may be required by the powers-that-be should the problem reach theere attention, as well as interpretation of the law, and in implementing any plans requiring player/marker registration.

OK, with tha best will in tha world and not meaning to piss on anyone's fries, leave 'em out of it...if the promoter does not know tha laws of the countries he promotes events in, God help all of us.

Decision makers: a general business term describing a person who is able to make a decision or sign a contract without having to contact someone higher up the ladder to get approval. I can't think of an appropriate street-term, TJ. Perhaps "da dude wid da gold caps and gold chains in da bad-ass Lincoln wid da biatches hangin' on his arms".
