Now yes Jose,a nuclear weapon is definately more effective than chemical and biological weapons but with the right planning and enough amounts,they could easily amount to almost the exact same devastation..My country,after 9/11,isnt even close to being prepared for a bio-chem attack and the death toll would be astronomical if one occured..And its not just us im concerned about..Its Kuwait,Turkey,Saudi Arabia,Jordan,and a whole slew of Allies that could easily be the next target of Saddam..
