Plus the majority of teams in the high population areas (i.e. new york etc ..) fly to training yes thats right fly on a plane to train! Thats dedication right thereTherein lies my point - down south.
The pro teams seem to be spread out across the states whereas our teams are mostly down south with the exception of the kelly's who do an excellent job over at NQ headquarters.
Mike,y. There are kids in the states who will travel 4 or 5 hours to practice and not moan about it. Their parent will even drive them there and back. They have a will to excel which the vast majority of kids here dont have.
Plus many people over here our age struggle with playing due to a) cost of gear and also the lack of persistance from parents when they find out the costs
Its just a lack of understanding from some parents that stop ''the next best thing'' from playing. After all we all have to put in the money and time to get to places when you cant drive and you dont earn a whole loada cash in order for things to get cheaper (as you move up in the ranks you can ... in most cases, get cheaper games hence more play)
