Some where close to your hart
This man is a typical human being as we get older we lern what is Right and what is wrong. In a sentance it doesnt matter what you say or do things like this will all ways happen in any sport. People will take any thing and ajust it to do some thing totaly diffrent.

When i was in the army and in northan irland a young lad of about 19 (i think) decided to reomve the bullet out of its caseing and then place the round in his gun. He then proceded to place a penicil in the end of his gun. He then accedenly fired off the gun. The pencil shot out of the end of the rifle and stright through a portacabin and then into another portacabin and stuck into some ones leg. When it was all over and the young lad found out what had happend, he was in more distress than the person that was actualy shot.

This is no joke. every one makes stupid mistackes some times in there life. The guy who shot the lass wich may have been buy total accedent will now allso have to live the rest of his life resliseing what a stupid mistake he has done.

I feel pity for the guy who did it and allso for the girl who was on the recveing end. I dont think putting some one like that in jail would be a good idear as more worse things could come from it and a slap on the hand would be a better approch as he has to live what he did.

A good point well put...
Does any one have anything constructive to say about the "Certificate" Idea?

I thought that if this was in place, it would help deter theft within the sport, if something like the Dart incident or heven forbid worse, occured, our spokespeople could request the serial number/make of the marker..this could then be used to either convict a wrong dooer, or return stolen goods to their rightfull owner or, most importantly, point out that the person who possesed the marker IS NOT, part of the paintball community, as he is not registered..the potential to explain the "certification" process can only be good for the sport, to help the authorities and joe public to realise that we are proffesional about our sport.
