The only problem is that the SAS use paintballs to simulate real guns & bullets. Real guns have something called RECOIL that is barely present on most paintball markers, so you get high accuracy in long, fast strings of fire. You try holding an m16 like a pintball gun and fire it, you would either dilocate your arm or break yourw wrist.

So you cant really compare :)

You are joking right?

M16 have virtually no recoil and they were designed they way, they are super light and virtually no recoil...now a shotgun...yes

the recoil doesn't come from the gun, unlike in paintball, it's the explosion inside the gun from the BULLET that creates recoil, in reality the lighter the gun, the more adversely affected to gun is, as it takes less force to move the gun around.

Try watching ANYONE fire an m16, with real bullets or blanks on full auto and see if they can hold it reasonably still... it's virtually impossible. (unless of course you're in a movie ;) )

did anyone see ' the carrot and the stick'

where two types of people, trained in 2 different ways,
one of the teams was formed by the Marines (i thhink)
and the other team was formed by spiritulists (sp)

we should go on this show and have
Paintball v SAS... in combat.. and see who wins!:D
