Sorry, Niall, the "half-cock" comment was in reply to Mr Hunt's post.

I know I can rely on you to offer to have the event in your back garden, if it came to it. Which may have its advantages.

:)

As far as the whole Red Bull/Monster idea goes, I'd look first of all at Rockstar Energy. They are already involved with paintball through CPPS, so should be easy enough to get them alongside for this.

Keep us posted on how far the idea gets though, sounds amazing!

Yep. Basically, London is still split into small fiefdoms.

I have to make a call to a very helpful chap...........

Hello Lads and Ladies
I must admit its the first time i have read the thread but i thought i would add a another area into the mix.
For access and local to the City then Battersea would be the better choice for crowd control/safety etc as the area is used to holding events.
Vicky ( Victoria ) park is another good choice as again the area is used to holding events .the park authorities are a bit anal when it comes to parking and mess in the area though.
O2...another good choice but could be costly ( the main reason why it went bust in the first place)
Have a thought on this
THE MUDDY OR MUDCHUTE...on the island and Millwall park backs on to this as well( abit there is a local farm and allotments ) but easy transport via docklands railway/local buses and the main roads..also easy access from greenwich/bermondsey/city/poplar
opposite side is Asda's so more parking available there as well.
cheers john ( Tincs)

Cool idea for the mudchute but I have not been over in ten years so just wondered how much it might have changed in that time?
