Having read through those comments i must conclude that ya'll (bar one) are stoopid. Paintballs are potentially lethal at close range if you are not wearing a mask. Now whilst i know what you mean, a reporter does not. It is irresponsible to say that they are not lethal when you know for a fact that they are because you wear a mask.

Well not really, i close range shot at 280fps directly into the eyeball would do some ****ed up damage and may even result in death

actually, in oz, they fine people for crossing the road if they cross before the green man says they can, and if they cross near enough to a pedestrian crossing, or lights, and choose not to use them... its a bit like people handing out fines for dougs $hitting everywhere; just doesn't happen really; but the incentive's there

it might take slightly more than 10 years, but with the whole sueing culture growing..... (something really has to be done about that)

Ive not disputed the fact that paintballs are lethal but a standard paintball will not kill you unless frozen to make it harder or the velocity is cranked up. The random comments of unknowns are more harmfull. If it was an argos style gun then you can not crank up the velocity.
