i wonder why, in england, they have no TV-commercials from planet or something. in germany we have it like this: if you tell people about PB, they love or hate it. if they love it, they want to play, but dont know where, and dont know where to get stuff. over here, some commercials on tv would bring a booooooom, i think...

its not the style of play that i think is the problem...

Just a thought

Set up a charity tournament event x ball style and get the cast of TV soaps (or any celebrities) to play against each other. The winning team can then donate their winnings to a charity of their choice. This will definitely make it on to TV. Viewers will become more aware of the sport and it may even gain interest from potential non paintball related sponsors. It’s been done with other sports like football (MTV presenters against music artists, I think this was for a children’s charity) and boxing (can’t remember what celebrities or for what charity but it was hilarious). At the end of the celebrity tournament you can introduce teams like Nexus and other pro teams to the event and have a phone/text voting system for viewers to try and predict who will win and get the teams to go up against each other. The money from the calls and texts can then be donated to charities and teams like Nexus can show the viewers how the game is played properly thus (hopefully) increasing the publics interest.

So bring it on: THE BILL vs CASUALTY :)

Like I say it’s just a thought.
