forestry is gay. what you talking about? where did you first play? bet it was'nt on sup air field. i play sup air etc, but started out in the woods, where everyone did. at the end of the day, tourneys, rec-ballers whatever, everyone enjoys our sport and wants it to grow, calling one side of it gay ain't positive mate. not having a pop at you fella,just my opinion.

i was just saying that companies like NIKE have the money to put into things such as advertising

and obviously if people are hearing about it more they are more likely to go out and try it.

i thought it would be really cool if Nike could make one of those freestyle adverts for paintball (eventhough there would be very little for them to include)

How about we stage a sup'air tounament in Regent's Park in central London?
Can't get much more mainstream or in the public eye than that.
All the news crews would cover it, even more so if it's run for worthy charity. The organiser could recoup any of his losses by handing out flyers and taking bookings for his site and selling kit. Put up signs explaining the game to the ignorant and commentators on the P.A. anouncing games. Have a functioning scoreboard so people can follow the team's progress.

Have a extra feild set up and sets of kit for the public to try out, either standerd rental gear or maybe even low-level tourny kit: charge them a nominal fee and let them play 10 minute games.

i know mate. the last statement was for the benefit of sephiroth. here we are talking about trying to make paintball more inviting for new people to try, and our own players are slagging half the sport off!

Apart from being gay, obviously, that's pretty gay.

Can we stop using gay as an insult? for christs sake, what will you do if a homosexual upsets you? you've just lost the ability to have a go at him.
