Most tournys have banned metal studs because of the potential damage to the Sup'Air bunkers...there's more potential for damage to other players too. Remote? Yes...but why risk it when you don't have to...how many planes crashed cos someone had a sly fag in the toilet? None that I know of but they they still ban it :)

Tannel cleats, or the new Dye & JT ranges are way better than rugby or football boots anyway...

fair enough.
having played rugby from the age of 12, ive always worn blades, but thats just personal opinion, but i have also found blades to give much worse damage to my legs, back face wherever the fat bar stewards put their feet on me, as the blades wear down much quicker, and gain a sharper edge than the metal studs.

anyway, i cant compare myself to a sup air bunker. rules are rules.

oh and as to looking good for the cameras, ive got the added bling of my name on my boots. :D

How many divisions are there going to be? And are they going to be pro, am A, am B, novice, rookie etc., or simply numbered?

I’ve really taken a liking to Centre-flag, and the idea about different types of fields should make it interesting.

Should be great to watch, can’t wait for the season to begin. :)

PS. Are William Hill running a book on the series?

Don't be daft, Mike from brum isn't his real name.

His real name is Adidas Predator.

And I will take this one if I may...

The divisions in the PA league will be decided by the ratings teams send with there rosta.
We also expect to have four divisions and you will stay in them all season.
So we will not have a pro,am A,am b, ect divisions but it will look something similar with the graded system.
As for William Hill we are still in discusions with them about the league but they have said the PA Cup will be covered.

And you are quite right it will look great:)
