Alhough it's a perfectly valid point, upholding behavioural standards, to be fair, it's quite comical banning for that when you consider the whole basis of this thread is an attack on other people, to the point of libel in accusing them of fraud!
I guess that the same rules don't extend outside of the forum and it's perfectly acceptable here to attack individuals if they've already been deemd 'bad people' and banned.
If the poster had made some relevent post relating to the topic of discussion or some attempt at engaging with the conversation in general opposed to a plain out attack on another member he would not have been banned. If you try to register on any other forum on the internet, and make your first post in a similar manor to the one above I can guarantee you the majority of them will enforce the same action that was taken here.
To my knowledge Tim Barnett had an account on here under the name Timboy, he was very graciously allowed to post up his events on this forum to promote them under the STRICT, yet very easy to remember conditions that no pushing of products or mention of fat bobs was included. He could not keep to those simple conditions and as such his account was also deactivated so also lost his right to reply on this board.
People are very rarely banned for no reason, and in many cases, the bans are reversable if the user shows the willingness to change or correct their actions. Timboy was also given this chance and did not take it.
