Then they have broken the law, the "red tape" is there for very good reasons
If they have claimed in advitising that they are running a charity and gained revunue for that charity which doesnt exsit, thats a criminal offence
If the scam accusation regarding the Support for Solders is true they could be heading for big trouble
I worked voluntarily for UK charities in the past for over six years, and was well drilled in the legal requirements for setting up an running a charity. Including related laws regarding collecting of funds, keeping accounts, officially registering collectors, and clearly displaying a charties number while collecting at all times. If the UK charity commision gets reports of a fraudulent operation, they will soon take an interest in proceedings. Ultimately the inland revenue and police will get involved, which in high profile cases has led to criminal convictions for fraud or tax evasion.
This kind of thing really get's on my tits. We worked damned hard to raise money for some well deserving causes. When lowlife scum rip off the general public it does legitimate charities no favours at all. If the reports of this fraud turn out to be true, I really hope those responsible get what's coming to them.

Why is it the **** always seems to end up revolving around the same individuals? You don't hear this about Jim from warped, or Steve from ukspf do you?
People don't get picked out for no reason. People across the industry in multiple dealers don't all of a sudden get a beef with one person for no reason at the same time do they?
